How do I place an order?
Browse products from verified sellers, add items to cart, and check out. Each product page shows the seller name, stock/lead time, and delivery estimate. If your cart has items from multiple sellers, they’ll ship separately.
What payment methods do you accept?
Nearly all options at checkout (credit cards, bank transfer/VA, QRIS, major e-wallets). All payments are processed securely.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock items from Indonesian warehouses typically arrive in 3–7 business days depending on destination and courier. Oversize freight or back-order/import items may take longer; the ETA is shown on the product page and at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Once an order is placed, it can be modified or canceled as long as it has not yet been prepared for shipment or dispatched.
What if my order is delayed?
Delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays. Use your tracking number to monitor the shipment. For significant delays, contact the shipping carrier or reach out to us for assistance.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

What is your return policy?
Each seller’s return policy applies and is shown on the product page and at checkout. Except for cases like wrong item, DOA, or damage on arrival within the seller’s stated window. Please review specs carefully before purchasing and contact the seller via My Account → Orders if you need help.
What if my product is defective? Start an RMA by messaging the seller from your order; they’ll advise test steps, documents, and where to send the unit. SOLAR.ID does not issue replacements or refunds—we facilitate the process.
What if my product is damaged during shipment? Record photos/video of the packaging and unit and file a claim with the courier if required; where shipping insurance applies, claims are processed with the carrier by the shipping party. SOLAR.ID can help coordinate.
Who covers customs and import fees for defective products? Non-refundable. Return shipping, customs processing, or import duties for warranty replacements are normally the buyer’s responsibility, unless the seller/brand confirms otherwise in writing. SOLAR.ID is not liable for these costs.
