We remain MoR (not IOR); you supply parts/replacements, and we coordinate triage, RMA intake, and customer communication. Contact us to set this up.

Foreign manufacturers/distributors may sell via our PLB + MoR model—no Indonesian entity required. You (or your appointed agent) must be able to act as Importer of Record (IOR) at PLB release.

When PSP Split is enabled, the PSP divides the payment at settlement: SOLAR.ID’s commission/membership goes to SOLAR.ID and your net goes direct to your bank. SOLAR.ID doesn’t hold your funds. (If PSP Split is not enabled, we operate the standard MoR TT model—SOLAR.ID remits your net by international TT after the payout trigger.)

If PSP Split is enabled, they also appear on your PSP payout ledger/reports. Under MoR TT, see your Seller Portal statements and monthly invoices.

If accepted, we OpenSign™ the International Marketplace Merchant Agreement (PLB/MoR) in 1–2 days, finish company KYC (PSP KYC only if split applies), set up PLB + IOR and ship stock, then upload SKUs (IDR pricing/specs/certs), enable post-clearance shipping, and go live—payouts via MoR TT or PSP Split.
